Directions from Interstate Route 80:

  1. West/East on Interstate 80, take exit 77 South Bend/Notre Dame.
  2. Turn right at 933 (St. Mary’s Inn on right) and head south.
  3. Continue past St. Joe Catholic High School, proceed over bridge and turn right at Bartlett Street.
  4. At the second stop sign turn left.
  5. Entrance to Lafayette Parking Garage will be on your left (Memorial Drive).
  6. Park in the Garage and take elevator to the 5th Floor.
  7. Dr. Zucker's office is Suite 511.

Directions from US 20 Bypass:

  1. West/East on US 20 Bypass, take the Michigan Street exit onto Michigan Stree (US-31)
  2. Continue on S Michigan St. (IN-933 N) - go 0.5 mi
  3. Continue to follow IN-933 N - go 0.7 mi
  4. Bear Left on W Marion St. - go 0.2 mi
  5. Turn Right on N Lafayette Blvd. - go 0.1 mi
  6. Entrance to Lafayette Parking Garage will be on your left (Memorial Drive).
  7. Park in the Garage and take elevator to the 5th Floor.

Directions from LaPorte, IN (Via. IN-2):

  1. Turn Right on E State Road 2(IN-2 E) toward SOUTH BEND - go 0.8 mi

  4. Bear Right on W LaSalle Ave. - go 0.4 mi
